It was packaged very well so we actually “rolled” the components into the house, which resulted in no damage at all. The only criticism I have is that there are some headrests and backrests that seem like they are slightly less packed than the others, giving them a looser look, but I don’t mind - I feel like it gives the leather some character. We experienced multiple delivery delays but the couch is so great that I have no option but to give it 5 stars!

-I wanted to give 4 stars because it took a while to be delivered, but it is impossible. The sectional is so beautiful, big enough, just what I was looking for, caramel color, very elegant.

This is the perfect couch. The couch I’ve dreamt about for years. Amazing leather quality, great lower back support, perfect power recline for movies, and super sleek look. It’s quite firm when you first sit on it but still feels soft and comfortable. The frame is constructed very well and it feels like it will last a long time unlike a lot of other sofas.
