UPS/FedEx Small Package Deliveries
If your package is suitable for shipping by UPS/FedEX, it will be shipped with one of these courier services. In most cases doorstep service is provided. Courier services does not notify recipients prior to delivery.
Freight Truck Curbside Delivery (default option)
Prices on all products listed on the website feature curbside delivery. Curbside delivery features delivery of the order to the most accessible area for the truck, with further unloading of the order from the truck to the ground level. Usually the deliveries are carried out on weekdays (Monday-Friday). For Canadian shipments border crossing fees appear, which are not included in the shipping price. Customer is responsible for clearing incoming merchandise through the customs.
Usually freight company notifies recipients prior to delivery, nevertheless this can not be guaranteed. It is customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the order and the goods delivered.
Delivery driver must wait until you checked every single package delivery for any visible defects or damage. Before signing the delivery slip, indicate every box imperfection noticed. Any damages, that was not declared before the signing of delivery slip will be out of freight company responsibility and will be not subject to any disputes.
By signing the delivery slip, you confirm the intact condition of the packaging and not the product. Thus, truck driver will not allow you to inspect the goods arrived prior to signing the delivery slip. Please check carefully every inch of the packaging. Please organize thoroughly the process of furniture handling to avoid furniture or property damage. You can also apply to Inside or White Glove Delivery.
Inside delivery/White Glove Service (available for extra fee)
Inside delivery is special delivery service upgrade that allows the delivery of the goods inside and placing it in the preferred room. Such type of delivery does not includes unpacking/assembling.
White glove delivery features full delivery service, which includes delivery, unpacking and
assembling of the furniture. We ask our customers to check carefully the condition of the
good before signing the delivery slip for “perfect condition”. No damage claims can be
